  1. October 3, 2026v2.2Feature

    Follow-up summaries

Follow-ups is now the first tab when you open a company. Completing a follow-up asks "What happened?" and saves your summary to the company's history, so your whole team sees the outcome.

  2. October 3, 2026Feature

    Emails added to follow-up history

Every email you send to a company or its contacts, including campaign emails, is added to its history automatically. When you send one, you can tick a box to complete the pending follow-up too.

  3. October 3, 2026Improvement

    Redesigned follow-up history

An easy-to-scan list showing who you spoke to, when, their contact details, the summary and your notes, with an icon for Email, WhatsApp, Call or Meeting.

  4. October 3, 2026Improvement

    One main contact per company

Each company has exactly one main contact, shown with their name and job title in the Leads tab. Importing contacts keeps the current main contact.

  5. October 3, 2026Feature

    Test your email settings

Send a test email before you save, so you know your mailbox works. The form also tells you exactly what's missing and warns you when settings won't work with your provider.

  6. September 21, 2026v2.1Feature

    Shopify Partner integration

Connect your Shopify Partner account and every store that installs your app lands in Companies as a merchant. Uninstalls are flagged automatically, synced about every 15 minutes.

  7. September 21, 2026Feature

    Merchant email collection

Your app sends the store owner's contact details once per install using a token and copy-paste snippets from Settings. Backfill older installs in bulk.

  8. September 21, 2026Feature

    Merchant follow-ups and campaigns

Welcome and farewell emails, uninstall alerts for your team, a merchant audience in email campaigns, and follow-up dates with contact logs on every company.

  9. September 21, 2026Feature

    Workspace types

Choose Shopify App Founder or Generic Sales when you sign up, or switch later in Settings. Switching never deletes data, so switching back restores everything.

  10. September 21, 2026Improvement

    Spanish screens and cleaner breadcrumbs

All new screens are translated into Spanish. Settings breadcrumbs now read properly, such as "General" instead of "general".

  11. September 21, 2026Improvement

    Honest status monitoring

The health check now tests the database, cache, background workers and scheduler, and reports "down" when any of them fails.

  12. September 21, 2026Fix

    Large file uploads

Bigger files, such as lead attachments up to 20 MB, no longer fail with a vague "failed to upload" error.

  13. September 21, 2026Fix

    Long background jobs finish reliably

Long-running jobs like the Shopify sync are no longer cut off partway and retried, so they finish in one pass.

  14. May 3, 2026v2.0Feature

    Workspace v2

New pipeline view with 2× card density, redesigned lead drawer with AI summary + next follow-up, Activity timeline, and persistent filters.

  15. April 29, 2026Improvement

    Bulk stage moves with shift-click

Hold shift and click two cards in pipeline view to move every card between them in one go. Keyboard arrow + shift also supported.

  16. April 22, 2026Feature

Two-way Gmail sync — labels and stars

Gmail labels now sync as workspace tags. Stars on inbound mail surface on the lead timeline so you can see what your inbox already prioritized.

  17. April 8, 2026Improvement

    Pause-on-reply cadence

Automated follow-up sequences now pause automatically when a recipient replies. No more cold-email-ing someone who already responded.

  18. March 25, 2026Update

    Pricing simplification

Two plans, flat rates. Pro $19/mo for up to 10 users, Business $39/mo unlimited. No more per-seat math.
